"Keenly aware of process"
About the name - i named Computer Conscious cc in 1988 in an attempt to bring some kindness to the world of business which in 2010 I am delighted to hear of many companies doing just that. A few years after naming CCcc i heard of John Lilly who coined the term the "Cosmic Coincidence Control Center" although CCcc is not that (it does have it's moments) i do love seeing the coincidence's that just keep rolling by. One more thing - I often had the fantasy of using technology to experience different states of consciousness, but now i fantasies about a time when technology will not have such an influence on consciousness. What happened - For over 20 years I worked between IT consulting, support and web development on the Computer side, on the Conscious side I dived into alternative therapies and meditation with a passion.
CCcc has kept me busy busy and one particular facilitator finally told me it's time to integrate the many many many experiences so while much of life continues to speed up there is some real slowing down and sorting through what happened and what has value. What's happening - nowadays I build a practice giving private and group sessions - my passion is for discovering the one key pin that tends to hold much of our ego structure in place then learning to stand without it and then slowly and gently removing that pin. The main tools I use are Family Constellation and Somatic Experiencing. I continue to look after about 50 select computer clients - taking care of their web sites, intranets and maintaining a few computers for variety.
As I write, it is still a beautiful night. |
